Customer Service: The Key to Successful Training at Collin College

As a Texas-based community college, Collin College has about 950 full-time employees and another 1,500 part-time employees that are required by the state of Texas to undergo prevention of harassment and discrimination training. We have used products from Workplace Answers for more than 10 years.

Higher education has different terminology, and they have been willing to customize their courses to reflect that.
